Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide customer account support in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Process payments, make deposits, disburse loan funds
- Assist with loan servicing, including document scanning and package preparation
- Handle routine customer inquiries and promote business solutions
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of customer service or related experience, preferably in banking/finance
- Strong communication, organizational, and software skills
- Ability to work during office hours and adapt to changes
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
