This is a global initiative across the firm to bring the best of business, experience and technology teams together to better compete against big consultancies and creative agencies alike.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.Minimum Year(s) of Experience:5 year(s)Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Master's DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success and knowledge in the following areas:Financial Services products and services (e.g., Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management); and,Business process design and ability to identify risks and gaps in processes.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in assessing the following areas:Leading teams to identify and assess risks and/or opportunities for improvement in Banking processes;Identifying or designing business process and technology controls; Defining risk management practices in alignment with organization’s strategy;Designing sustainable risk management and compliance programs, including the development and implementation of controls, governance and oversight; and,Designing and implementing models for data classification.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements;Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:Creating a positive environment;Monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations;Respecting the work-life quality of team members;Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;Answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff; and,Developing, writing, presenting and facilitating discussions on strategy to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.Travel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateLearn more about how we work:
