Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Handling all aspects of Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from start to finish.
2. Advising and guiding clients through the complexities of bankruptcy procedures and laws.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and filing all necessary bankruptcy documents in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the role of Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in Florida.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney, specifically with Chapter 13 cases.
4. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state bankruptcy laws.
5. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in bankruptcy cases.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
