Job Title: Senior Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney (Creditors)
Location: Flexible (Initial in-office period, then mostly remote)
Job Type: Temporary
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in handling creditorsu2019 side bankruptcy cases. The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of bankruptcy services, including relief from stay motions and bankruptcy petitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of commercial bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors.
Draft and argue relief from stay motions.
Manage a broad range of bankruptcy-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial bankruptcy, specifically on the creditorsu2019 side.
Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation:
$70-$100 an hour
