Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies Associate
Los Angeles or Orange County
We are seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our expanding Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights/remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, bankruptcy, and commercial landlord/ tenant matters.
- Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
- AmLaw 200 firm experience preferred.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $210,000 to $250,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
