Location Description:Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center
- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
- Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025!
- Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
- 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.
- Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields.
- All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

The Banquet Captain will supervise staff, coordinate banquet events assigned and implement property and banquet policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position.
- $21.45 per hour.
Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
Fill out necessary paperwork for functions.
Coordinate with kitchen on food pick up.
Supervise set up, preparation, service and tear down of banquet function.
Conduct pre-meeting. Interact with guests, group coordinator, and event planning managers.
Responsible for quality control of all foods and set ups.
Qualifications
Two years food and beverage experience in banquets preferred.
Supervisor or Trainer experience required.
Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people.
