Banquet Server (PT) - Graduate Richmond - Schulte Companies

Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a Banquet Server to join Graduate Richmond and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provides exceptional Guest Service

* Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed

* Prepare room for events: set table cloths, dishes, silverware as needed

* Assist in cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event

* Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure  

* Serve guests food and drinks during event as required

* Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests 

* Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests

* Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet Manager

* Other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma/GED

* Previous food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Able to work flexible hours and shifts  

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally  

* Team player  

* Ability to multi-task
