About the Job
Banquet Set-up Porter
A Banquet Set-up Porter is responsible for preparing rooms for Banquet functions by ultimately delivering an extraordinary experience for our guests.
Accountable for the setup of the banquet ballroom, meeting rooms and pool deck
Responsible for setting up the banquet facilities according to function sheet requirements in a timely manner
Responsible for the breakdown of room set up after all functions and placing equipment back in its proper storage
Responsible for setting up the water stations or individual pitchers in meeting rooms as needed
Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees
Have prior experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Are capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
Have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance
Have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Are at least 18 years old
