Baptist Floyd is a large, busy practice with a great anesthesia team that works in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix.  Cases: General Ortho, Endo, Vascular, Urology, OB and CVSalary: Total package- $220K for first 3 years! PTO:    8 weeksFull NSA benefits including 401k, and more.
