Position: Bar Manager
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: $23-$25/hour
Availability Expectations: Night/Weekend availability is a preferred

About Position:
The Bar Manager manages the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
Job Requirements:
- A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Strong customer service
- Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Relevant training or certificate
- Experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- High School diploma/GED
- 2 + years' working as a bartender
- Management skills are preferred
