At Scoreboard Cedar Creek we create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on our team, guests, and community. Our main location Scoreboard-Opryland is branching out and expanding the brand on the water. This restaurant is built around a marina that houses 150 boat slips with thousands of residential homes within a 3 mile radius. With a stage to house the finest local musicians of Nashville. This is a new ownership and you will have the opportunity to be a part of the opening team.
Scoreboard Cedar Creek is looking for exceptional individuals to grow with the establishment and expansion of the Cumberland Hospitality Group as this is a rebrand of ownership. We are searching for outgoing passionate customer-service driven people to join our team. We have a high vibe, water front atmosphere, music focused kitchen & restaurant on the heart of Old Hickory Lake in Mt. Juliet, TN.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in bartending
- Must be self motivated and driven to lead and coach your team in positive and encouraging manners
- Must have a passion for the industry and live country music atmosphere
- Must have a creative mindset to create Seasonal drinks and promotions that you find work best with the clientele to generate the most revenue for the company, you and your team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LBW Sales & Costs
- Maintaining Bar staff and Bar atmosphere, Cleanliness, decor and vibe
- Seasonal & Permanent Decor, Drinks, Menus
- Hire and maintain Bar supervisor and establish their responsibilities, and compensation within budget
- Responsible for period, annual and quarterly Budgets with anything related to LBW or consumed at the bars
- Responsible for 90 days out of promotions & Menus for marketing
- Oversee Daily/weekly/Monthly Cleaning and maintenance program for each bar area
- Bar training and scheduling
- Schedule quarterly bar staff training with bevinco for safe and efficient serving
- Establishing and maintaining a staff tree with crew leaders; implementing a program that works best for you, the team and the business that will ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks/responsibilities are being accomplished
