What You Will Bring to Our Team:
* An energetic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service
* Minimum of (2) years of similar work experience having managed a restaurant and bar
* Experience with beverage program curation, execution, and maintenance
* Well-versed knowledge of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
* A team-oriented attitude with an aptitude for staff training and development
* Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and payroll
* A flexible approach
What we expect from you:
* Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service
* Maintain and develop a seasonal craft cocktail beverage program
* Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
* Lead weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings to drive goals and provide staff with ongoing education and training
* Scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash management, sales reporting
* Prioritize health and safety operations
* Generate new revenue through brand promotion and events
