Baraboo, WI Region- Primary Care Advanced Practitioner Lead - SSM Health Care System

The Baraboo, Wisconsin region has created a new exciting Advanced Practitioner Lead opportunity in Primary Care (FM/IM/Peds). This is a working lead role with no direct reports. A focus on AP engagement, care model design and efficiency, and onboarding/precepting new APs are just a few responsibilities these roles will take on. Your schedule includes 4-8 hours of dedicated administrative time each week. SSM Health employed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are encouraged to apply.
