Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of servicewhilemaintainingthe cleaning of equipment, tools, and supplies,stocking wells, back bars, ice bins and glasswaremaintenance
Primarilyassistwith bartenders’ needs which may include mixing andserving drinks
Workas a team and effectively communicatewith managementand other staff members
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have thedesireto create WOW moments

About You

You have basic communication skills

The pay scale* for Barback is $17.35.
*The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
