Position: Barback
Key Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by restocking supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and spirits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in preparing mixers and garnishes to help bartenders craft beverages.
- Help with inventory management and keeping the bar fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the bar team to deliver outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
