We are hiring barbacks ready to provide an excellent customer experience

alongside our Red O Fashion Island team.

Responsibilities

 Assist with opening and closing duties.

 Ensure bar is always well-stocked, neat and clean.

 Provide excellent customer service.

 Keep guest surfaces clean and sanitized.

 Clean, sanitize, and polish glassware, cutlery and dishes.

 Wipe up spills, remove glassware and organize the counter.

 Handle emergency situations to ensure guest and employee safety.

 Inspect taps and appliances; make minor repairs as necessary.

 Maintain coolers and storage areas, empty trash receptacles throughout

service.

 Process incoming liquor and beer shipments.

 Operate POS System.

Experience

 Must have Food Handler and RBS cards.

 Experience in a fast-paced, high volume, elevated dining establishment.

 Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with others under pressure.

 Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
