FENG CHA is a small business in Prosper, TX. We are professional, agile, collaborative and our goal is to Create Next Generation Tea.

We are looking for someone interested in working in a professional drink-making environment-someone who is passionate, welcoming and eager to grow with the team and company!

Duties

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches or pastries
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
