Requirements
- As a Starbucks barista, you willl create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
- You will be in an energetic store environment where you will have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Servicing customers and taking orders.
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Are comfortable with cash-handling and store safety responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Experience in food service, hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, critical thinking, problem solving and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to make sound judgments while quickly processing information.
- Proficient computer and web-based software skills including the ability to adapt to regular changes in software programs and processes.
- Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English.
- Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with patients, patient family members, hospital personnel and co-workers.
