Position Information: Part-Time Position that could become a Full-Time position starting wage $14.70 an hour plus tips.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Ashland Hills FB, AHRES. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Regular and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
As a Bartender, you will utilize your bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages to our guests. You will also use your guest service skills to provide exceptional service and ensure that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Additionally, you will use your organizational and multitasking skills to maintain a clean and organized bar area while working in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with other team members will be essential to ensuring a seamless guest experience.
