### **Bartender Responsibilities:**
- Craft signature cocktails and serve a wide range of beverages with accuracy and flair.
- Provide recommendations and engage with guests to create a welcoming bar experience.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol safety regulations and monitor guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and manage tabs in the POS system.
**Requirements for All Roles:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments is ideal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs.
