Position: Bartender
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience at the bar.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and wine list to make recommendations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for mixology and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
