YourJourney
Interact one on one withguests, takeorders, makecocktails,upsell,ensureguestsatisfactionandanticipateguestneeds
Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered
Maintainthe cleanliness and appearance of the bar, stockingwithappropriate productsand supplies
Work as a team and effectively communicating with management,bartenders,and service staff
- Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times
Provide exceptional customer service toguestsby greeting guests, addressing inquiries, andassistingwithtowels and water
Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas asdesignatedby management
Performwalk through of the pool area monitoring andcleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccableand inviting environment
Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment
Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment
Deliver on guests’ expectations and havethe desire to create WOW moments
Performadditionalduties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
About You
You enjoyspirits,wine, andfood
You have basic communication skills
You are open to learning, developing, and growing yourself, personally, and helping others do the same
Youaretrustworthy and have integrity
Must Haves
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Prior bartendingand micros or other systemsexperience
Luxury hotel experience, a plus
