Led by seasoned restaurateurs Gregg Horan (Gibsons Restaurant Group) and Bill Veremis (Rosewood Steakhouse Group), and partner Executive Chef Jose Sosa (Gibsons Italia).
The Greggory responds to the growing demand in the Northwest suburbs for a local spot with a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Centered around live-fire cooking in an open kitchen, the menu features prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and homemade pastas, combining long-standing culinary traditions with unmatched warmth and personality.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing all Guests with a memorable experience
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Consistent drink preparation
- Making drinks for waitstaff
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests at the bar
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
Requirements
- Standing for extended periods (8 hr shift)
- Practices safe alcohol service
- Legally of age to serve alcohol in City of Chicago
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Speed and finesse are a must
- Meets all company standards
- Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates
- Completes all ongoing certifications/validations
- Maintains a clean Workspace
- Toast Experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience Bartending in a high Volume restaurant preferred
