• Interact one on one withguests, takeorders, makecocktails,upsell,ensureguestsatisfactionandanticipateguestneeds 

• Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered  

• Maintainthe cleanliness and appearance of the bar, stockingwithappropriate productsand supplies 

• Work as a team and effectively communicating with management,bartenders,and service staff  

• Deliver on guests’ expectations and havethe desire to create WOW moments 

• Performadditionalduties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
