Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

As an experienced sales account executive on our team, you will be responsible for aggressive sales growth in our Southern California region. Ideally, you will have strong sales experience within the building automation/HVAC controls industry doing owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market.
Responsibilities will include developing/maintaining relationships with ESCOs, facility managers, end users, and more!

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls industry
- Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, etc.
- Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- BAS platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
