BAS Programmer / BAS Technician-RELOCATION TO Denver, CO

Are you a skilled BAS Programmer / BAS Technician with experience in low voltage automated building control systems for HVAC? We're seeking a proactive professional to join our team and oversee the installation, start-up, programming, and servicing of automated control systems. This role will be responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision while ensuring project completion and documentation in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage installation teams on assigned projects from start to finish, coordinating with office staff for engineering and programming support, and with the Operations Manager for labor scheduling.
Program, commission, and complete checkout of control systems equipment related to the project scope.
Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution, keeping management and customers informed about job progress and any potential challenges.
Communicate regularly with customers to understand operational needs and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements.
Complete necessary job documents, work orders, and project deliverables in a timely manner.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC controls systems, building automation systems (BAS), or similar roles.
Strong background in Tridium’s Niagara, commissioning, and system integration.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead teams on installation and programming projects.
Strong communication skills, particularly with customers, to ensure high satisfaction and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems, automation controls, and building management systems (BMS).
