Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.

We have an immediate opening for a BAS - HVAC Project Manager. This position will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multiple simultaneous Building Automation projects, as well as fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

Job Title: BAS Project Manager

Work Hours: Monday through Friday - Full Time

Pay Rate: $105,000 - $115,000 per year + Bonuses

Scope of work:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies, products, and market trends
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, including pricing and installation options
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory
• Any other duties as the Director of Operations sees fit

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of experience in BAS project management
• Budget management
• Proposal and estimating experience
• Prior experience in HVAC sales or a related field is highly desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Relevant HVAC certifications may be advantageous
• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and other Windows products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills
• Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. Ability to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift
• Able to work in all types of weather
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
