Job Title: Batch Maker
Pay Rate: 19/hour on W2
Schedule: 7 am - 3 pm M-F.

Job Description-
As a Batch Maker, you will be responsible for mixing adhesive products according to established recipes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
This role requires proficiency in chemical mixing techniques and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Mix adhesive products following specified recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in batch production.
- Perform quality checks on finished batches to ensure adherence to product specifications.
- Safely handle and store chemicals and raw materials.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production schedules and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in batch making or chemical mixing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
