- Hourly base starting at $24/ hr. and up to $27/hr. based upon skills and experience

What You'll Do:
- Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
- Assist the Lead Installer in installing bathroom remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
- Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
- Help with any setup and cleanup required for Rite Window remodeling jobs
- Communicate progress with management team at the end of each installation
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
What You 'll Bring:
- Residential bath/shower installation or carpentry experience preferred
- 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience required
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 75LB
