The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for developing and overseeing the quality of clinical services in Level Ahead’s Decatur clinic. This position works closely with the clinical operations manager to develop curriculum, group assignments, case supervision, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Clinic Supervision
Assist with developing clinic-based curriculum and schedules for paired clients and staff
Ensure clinical fidelity of staff through IOAs, supervision/observation, and performance evaluations
Participate in activities related to training, coaching and oversight of RBT’s and student analysts
Ensure clients maintain current authorizations
Assist with development and facilitation of social skills group in the clinic setting
Work alongside HR to collect staff and client feedback, and troubleshoot improvement strategies when needed
Assist admin. Staff with troubleshooting and strategizing staffing, scheduling, staff breaks, etc.
Assist with setting goals and objectives for excellence in clinical service delivery
Keep up to date with applicable laws, regulations, and funder requirements related to service delivery and documentation
Submit monthly summary reports on the performance of key clinic functions
Participate in monthly team meetings, and other meetings as needed to report on metrics for clinical performance, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance of documentation. Discuss quality issues, changes in policy, and recommendations for improvement
Caseload Supervision
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
Create comprehensive treatment plans including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
Train, supervise, and guide behavior technicians in implementation of your prescribed treatment/behavior plans
Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
Ensure accurate electronic data is reflective of client's progress on our data collection platform
Provide ABA strategy coaching and support to parents and other caregivers
Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team
Maintain minimum of 30 billable hours per week
Reports to: Clinical Operations Manager
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
Minimum 3 years' experience in the field of ABA
Minimum 1-2 years of management/leadership experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to adjust to new and changing technology
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience with Central Reach (strongly preferred)
Experience with a variety of programming assessments (VBMAPP, Socially Savvy, Peak, ABLLS/AFLS, etc.).
Ability to multitask with a strong adherence to deadlines

Level Ahead uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn and master social and behavioral skills. Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children in the home and community setting, under the supervision of Licensed Behavior Analysts
