Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers together, we can do more. Our clinical team is lead by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen different states.

Job Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Part-Time/ Full- Time
Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients
- Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned
- Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients
- Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload
- Implementation of ongoing caregiver support
Secondary Responsibilities
- Development of training platforms
- Development of clinical staff feedback systems
- Oversight of clinical documentation quality
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst
Preferred Skills
- Management of employees and RBTs
- Strong interpersonal skills
