Must be willing to travel to Battle Creek clinic a minimum of 1 time per month to supervise clients and staff. T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking result-driven BCBAs, QBHPs, and BCaBAs to help us manage the clients at the clinic in Saginaw. The candidate is required to travel a minimum of two times per month to see clients in the clinic setting. The candidates must be result-driven and must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.

Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking result-driven BCBAs, QBHPs, and BCaBAs to help us manage the clients at the clinic in Saginaw. The candidate is required to travel a minimum of two times per month to see clients in the clinic setting. The candidates must be result-driven and must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
- All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
- All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them.
- Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
- Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to able to reach their personal and professional goals.
- Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments and writing and implementing programs and targets.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK).
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and train others.
- Assist with scheduling and managing the schedule once trained.
