Continuing our Growth and Expanding our Services - We're actively hiring for an experienced client and family focused BCBA to become our Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for our brand-new treatment center opening in Houston, TX (Westchase).

Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
• Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
