- Hybrid Role: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home 75% of the time.
- Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications
- Required:
- Must travel at least 25% monthly (one week per month) to provide in-person supervision.
- Reside within the state of Texas.
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
- Licensed Professional (LBA TX) per state guidelines, if applicable
- Willingness to obtain both TX & OK LBA state licensure (reimbursement provided).
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
- Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
- Experience with Central Reach
