As the BDC/Internet Director, you'll take charge of our consultants, ensuring they excel in achieving departmental metrics and objectives related to customer interactions, appointment setting, showings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor BDC Consultants to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement
• Uphold superior customer service standards while efficiently handling incoming leads
• Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM management
• Skillful in objection handling and identifying sales opportunities
• Comprehensive understanding of retail and lease deal structures
• Ability to maintain daily quotas for appointments, showings, and outbound calls
• Exceptional telephone communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ensure compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule regarding customer data confidentiality

Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers via phone and Internet channels
• Overseeing daily operations of the Internet Sales Department
• Generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate departmental performance
• Managing access to Internet specials across various departments
• Ensuring adherence to manufacturer requirements for lead management and website design

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

• Provide prompt and informative responses to product and service inquiries
• Employ a consultative approach to educate customers on vehicle options and additional offerings
• Schedule sales appointments to facilitate dealership visits and vehicle inspections
• Contribute to the achievement of the Business Development Center's sales targets
