What you'll do:

• Train and lead the Internet Sales Team
• Set monthly goals, track progress, and lead the Internet Sales Team toward achieving quotas
• Lead by example through daily actions and appearance to build positive employee attitudes and morale
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

· Create, monitor, and administer all sales and social media campaigns

· Responsible for phone, texts, and email follow up for all potential prospects

· Develop response templates for all other interactive purposes

· Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

· Aid in the development and modification of phone scripts

· Keep online ad content up-to-date
