Summary:
We are seeking an adaptable, engaging, reliable, positive, and team-oriented customer service professional to join our Customer Assistance Center. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, hospitality, or sales, we encourage you to apply! In this role, you will use industry-leading tools to create positive experiences for our service customers. Automotive experience is not required – we provide training to ensure a successful onboarding process. Compensation: $16/hour.
Full-time, 5 days per week.
Monday through Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities:
Answering and making calls to customers to address their needs or complaints
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and de-escalating as needed.
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately to perform job responsibilities efficiently.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Making recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Customer service, telemarketing experience preferred
Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry
Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.
Attention to detail
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
