Our BDC Department is seeking a BDC Representative. This is for our Porsche Pasadena and Mercedes-Benz Dealership. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by assisting and in managing the Business Development Center and by effectively maintaining a vital communication link between the Business Development Center (BDC) and internal and external Clients. which is ESSENTIAL in driving traffic into the dealership

Responsibilities
Representatives Will Be Responsible for the Following:
- Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers. This includes Internet leads as well
- Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
- Possessing knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
- Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership
- Logging customer information
- Confirming existing appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
Qualifications
- Automotive BDC experience is preferred
- Upbeat, high energy and persuasive in nature
- Task and process-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable following scripts
- Proficient Computer Skills
