BEACH SERVICES COORDINATOR - United States Fleet Forces Command

Summary You will serve as a BEACH SERVICES COORDINATOR in the SRA OFFICE, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will drive both government and rental passenger cars and pickup trucks to assist picking up and dropping off personnel at commercial transportation and hotels. You will coordinate the provision of administrative support services for off-yard projects. You will handle hotel, transportation, and personnel administration arrangements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience obtaining and collating employee names and personnel information to support ERP projects. Experience determining and planning the payroll procedure to be used for all off-yard availabilities. Experience preparing information and pre-type muster sheets for team leaders. Experience ensuring travel arrangements are made and properly scheduled. Experience entering personnel information into the beach computer program and requesting reports as needed.
