About the Role:
Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Textile Warping Machine Operator opening! This second shift (2 pm—10 pm), full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to a permanent hire.
Location: Cherryville, NC.
Pay is $16.00/HR
Hours: Will train on 1st, then move to 2nd shift.
Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and operate the beaming weaving machine by loading warp yarns.
- Thread and tie warp yarns correctly.
- Monitor machine performance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot threads and machines for problems with quality.
- Maintained and cleaned the beaming machine.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous textile machinery experience.
- Good hand dexterity and coordination.
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and position yarns, materials, and equipment. Upto 50lbs
- Qualify a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
