We offer 36 taps of craft beer, cider, kombucha and specialty beverages within the Andretti Group's, College Way Pinnacle 365 location. At The Growler Guys, our passion is to bring the love of fresh craft beer into the communities we serve.
We have part-time and full-time positions available with flexible schedules.
Competitive wages starting at $17 per hour + tips
Essential Functions and Duties
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through knowledge and familiarity of craft beer, cider and kombucha (training provided)
• Communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to make recommendations on customer feedback in a helpful and friendly way
• Offer solutions quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stress resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Demonstrate good time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable attendance habits
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willing to work mixed schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to obtain food handlers' card, and knowledge of how to ensure quality of food service
• Ability to obtain OLCC Servers' Permit
