About the Job
Job Summary:
- $20-$25 an hour - Full-Time positions available.
- Multiple start dates are available to begin your training when you are ready.
- Flexible schedules, morning, evening, and Weekend hours available.
- Paid drive time and mileage. Mileage Reimbursement: 65.5 cents/mile.
- In-Home ABA Services (ages 3-21).
- Early Intervention (ages 0-3).
- 1:1 School Aides (multiple ages).
- Required: No previous experience is required.
- Preferred: Experience working with children 0-16 and with children on the Autism spectrum.
- Current Registered Behavior Technicians preferred
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor or Master in a related field.
BCBH Team Member Perks:

Behavior Interventionist Duties:
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals in their homes, communities, or schools.
- Accurately record data for each program.
- Teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
- Engage in and ensure client safety.
- Quickly and accurately communicate problems/concerns with appropriate staff.
- Report updates and progress to the supervisor on the case.
- Provide updates and education to participating family members as needed
- Play games, have fun, and watch your client progress firsthand.
Requirements:
- Reliable private transportation that is insured (car, motorcycle).
- Provide a doctor's release to work as well as proof of receiving the following vaccinations: Covid-19 (two-dose, with a booster when applicable), MMR, Hep. B, Varicella, and TDAP.
- Provide a negative TB test within the last 2 years.

We focus on increasing independence for children, teens, and young adults with developmental disabilities through Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
