What You'll Do:

• As a behavior technician you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic. Behavior Technicians will utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills (e.g., communication, socialization)
• Behavior technicians will be given high quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning. 
• Behavior technicians will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive ongoing training/feedback 
• Behavior technicians will also record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients
• Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients)

What You'll Need:

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred
• Must pass background check
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
• TB test required
• Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred
• ABA experience preferred
• RBT certification a plus

This job will be in a hybrid set up, requiring the Behavior Technician to work in clinics and in client's homes. This job is available in the following cities:
