We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in psychology, education, social work, experience in the ABA field or working with children (babysitting, nannying etc.). As a Behavior Technician, you will be providing 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in their homes. This role focuses on teaching new skills in areas such as communication, daily living, and social interaction while targeting challenging behaviors that inhibit safety or independence, such as hitting, biting, and kicking, by using evidence-based strategies to teach effective replacement behaviors.

Additionally, we offer a performance-based incentive system to reward excellence and provide a clear path for career growth.
Professional development is a cornerstone at Ad Astra. We provide access to a comprehensive 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program, which is the first step toward earning your RBT credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Completing the certification process will result in a $2 per hour pay increase.
