- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA."
- Accurately collect, observe and record data on client progress while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations."
- Manage client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and proper use of medical terminology."
- Assist with the implementation of the students Individualized Education (IEP)."
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral and developmental needs."
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise in behavior management and therapeutic techniques."
- Assist students within the classroom/program setting during participation in special subjects such as Physical Education, Vocational programs, and Field trips."
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent."
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion."
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences.
