Day to day as a Behavior TECHNICIAN /Registered Behavior TECHNICIAN
As a new Behavior Technician /Registered Behavior Technician at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you can expect to have a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve working directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on behavior progress, and assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social interactions, and daily living skills. You will collaborate and communicate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistency and effectiveness in treatment plans.
Your role will also involve maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on each session's progress.
