Integrated Autism Center gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians.We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
- Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
- Record client data into the Central Reach program.
- Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
- Write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
- Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
- Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
- Cleaning duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

- Maintain client privacy by HIPAA laws.
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.

- Salary: $16-22/hr (depending on experience).
- Performance-based raises every 6 months.
