We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team of top pediatric specialist. Fulltime and parttime hours available! Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidence-based practices in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting through one-on-one and group sessions with children and adolescents, and providing family support through direct service. 
Responsibilities
- Maintains a caseload of individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks.
- Completes daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
- Implements Eyas Landing curriculum and to theories of practice models supporting Eyas Landing's therapeutic model.
- Participates in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed under supervision of BCBA.
- Collaborates with the BCBA assigned to each of their clients to complete supervision as required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children or clients with special needs required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Afternoon/evening availability
