Behavior Education Services Team (B.E.S.T.) is a company dedicated to helping children with special needs.
We have been in business for more than 2 decades.
We seek applicants with experience working with kids and a bachelor's degree, can speak Spanish, willing to work for 5 hours a week (Saturday and Sunday at 9 am). The client's location is in Palmdale, CA. The session will be done in-home and do not worry about having any experience working as a Behavior Technician, we will provide you with the training and you get paid while doing so.
We offer a competitive hourly compensation ($20-$24 per hour) in a flexible PART-TIME position.
There will only be 1 interview via Zoom; if you pass, you will get the Job Offer within 24 hours.

Below is a detailed job description of the position available:
- Job Position: Behavior Technician/Therapist/Interventionist/BII (Part-Time)
- Areas for employment: Los Angeles.
- Work hours: Sat-Sun at 9am
- Part-time/half-time position. (5 hours a week)
Job Description for the position:
- Perform behavior training for children in their homes. (Experience Not Required, Training Provided).
- Follow the behavior plan designed by the supervisor.
- Track the overall progress of the child.
- Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior.
- Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions.
- Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client’s schedule. (even if its only one session)
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers.
Requirements for the position:
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required.
- At least High school Diploma, ABA experience is a plus.
- Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
- Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Good driving record.
- Proof of ability to work in the USA.
- Interest and a will to work with children.
