Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant
The Blick Center has been providing behavioral health services in the community for over 50 years. We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Assistant to provide various support duties to our Director of Clinical Services and our Behavioral Health department.
Duties include:
- Performing chart reviews for quality assurance.
- Making client satisfaction survey calls.
- Monitoring completion of required documentation from clinicians.
- Entering discharge summaries into the clinical records.
- Data collection and reports as needed.
- Taking meeting minutes for department meetings.
- Answering general referral questions to assess appropriateness for intake.
- Request and follow up on documentation for client records.
- Order supplies and resources for Behavioral Health.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excell.
